Our specialized team of professionals are committed to provide a program that empowers children & families with speech, language and academic needs. Our methodology combines academic success with personal attention and provides measurable results for our students.
To best service our clients during these summer group sessions the classes will be limited to a maximum of 8 students. Additionally, a session must have at least 3 students registered to be held. The Child Application and payment are due prior to the first day of the session. In light of the short duration of each session as well as planning for professional staff, a nonrefundable deposit is required that will be applied to the balance of the session.

Details of each session are as follows:
Language-Based Preschool
Skills: In a language enriched, small, environment, 4 and 5 year-old students will be taught school readiness skills such as number sense, sound/symbol association and listening comprehension, and beginning reading and writing skills.

Math Enrichment
Skills: With a multisensory approach of games, students will focus on various math skills such as basic number sense (i.e., comparing and sequencing numbers), reading and writing numbers, and math facts.

Language Camp
Skills: Students will use the multisensory approach of games to focus on various aspects of language such as expressing ideas, interpret orally conveyed messages, and problem solving.

Writer's Club I
Skills: Students will be provided strategies to aid in organizing and expressing their thoughts through writing. These strategies will assist then in their use of correct grammar, sentence construction and writing a well-structured paragraph.

Writer's Club II
Skills: Students will expand their writing and correct grammar use by applying directly taught skills. These skills will be incorporated into expanded paragraphs and essays.

Reading Enrichment
Skills: With a multisensory approach, students will be instructed in strategies for spelling and decoding words (sounding out words) and improving reading comprehension such as predicting, main idea, and visualizing.

Book Clubs
Skills: The book club is an enrichment program to encourage students to explore a new adventure through fun activities, exciting games, meaningful discussions, and role playing

Social Language Groups
Skills: This group session will provide direct instruction of social skills in a small group setting such as turn taking or conversational skills.
